Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell golf-simulation equipment — launch monitors, hitting and fairway mats, hitting nets, impact screens, putting greens, simulator enclosures and a full simulator package, plus tees, alignment sticks and impact spray. Launch monitors pair with your own phone, tablet or computer and app; display monitors are not included. What each item reads or includes and the space it needs are stated on each listing for domestic indoor use.

Clearance, nets and safe hitting

Golf simulation means hitting a real ball at speed indoors — only ever hit into a rated net or impact screen, with the manufacturer's clearance to walls, ceiling and people, and keep others out of the hitting bay. Check your ceiling height before buying an enclosure. Launch monitors read your shot and pair with your own device and app; a display monitor is not included. Assemble fully to the instructions. CE marked where electronic. This is sports equipment, not medical equipment.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
